WLL Baseball Photo Day 2013
FAQ(s):
When: Saturday, June 8th
Who: ALL Teams Cap PK/K, Cap 1, Cap 2, AA, AAA, Minors, Majors, & 50/70 Intermediate
Where: Town Farms Field
Is Attendance is Required? Yes,all players and coaches, the team photos are used to create sponsor plaques and update team websites.
May I purchase a team or individual photo? Yes,
How do I purchase photos? Photos may be purchased online. All purchases must be completed in advance.
What is the Schedule? See the link below.
Can the schedule be changed? No, it is a fixed schedule by the photographer and cannot be manipulated or revised.
What if my team plays at Burr Farms, Compo, Coleytown or one of the other offsite WLLB field locations? Due to the number of fields and locations it is impossible to cover all locations effectively. WLLB upon the request of Bear Sports Photography has assigned one photo tent location to Town Farms Fields. All teams are schedule a specific time slot based on game time and location. Some teams will participate in team photos after their games.
What do we do in the event of inclement weather? A inside facility will be announced
All orders must be received by Friday June 7th at 12am (midnight)
Prepay Online:
- Visit the Prepay Website https://prepay.groupphotographers.com/prepay?WO=892641
- Enter in all your information
- Select the photo package or individual item you wish to purchase. A few of the items include, mugs, magnets, baseball card and individually sized photos.
- Complete Payment
- Print your Receipt and bring it with you on Saturday.
Each team will be assigned a "photo booth" time to meet with a professional Bear Sports Photographer at Town Farms Field. The photo tent will be located on the grass near the White Field near the pitching mounds and sof toss nets.
In the event of inclement weather and the postponement of Little League Baseball Games, the Photo Day Activities will be moved to an indoor location TBD.
