How to Email the Team

  1. From the Team Home page, in the left vertical menu, click Roster.
  2. In the top right corner, click Options > Email Team.
  3. Enter a subject for the email.
  4. Upload attachments as desired.
  5. Compose the email.
  6. Click Send.

How to Find RSVP Responses for Games

  1. Navigate to Teams > Schedule.
  2. Next to each event, click the Thumbs Up icon.
  3. On the response page, you can see who is Attending, Not Attending, and those who have No Response.

Options:

  • Move members manually by clicking the icon to the left of the person's name.
  • Email the list of members by clicking the envelope at the top of the column.

How to Enter Game Results

Game results may be added after the event start time has passed. 

  1. Log in to the Team Page.
  2. On the vertical menu to the left, click Results.
  3. To the right of the event, click the yellow edit button.
  4. Fill out the form as desired.
  5. When finished, click Submit.

How to Edit Game Results

  1. Log in to the Team Page.
  2. On the vertical menu to the left, click Results.
  3. To the right of the event, click the yellow edit button.
  4. Make changes on the form as desired.
  5. When finished, click Submit.

How to Enter Game Statistics

Game statistics may be added after the event start time has passed. 

  1. Log in to the Team Page.
  2. On the vertical menu to the left, click Results.
  3. To the right of the event, click the white graph button.
  4. In the tab, click the word “pitching”.
  5. Enter “PT” (Pitches Thrown) for each player who pitched (The ATN (Attendance) check box will automatically fill in for any player with a statistic entered).
  6. Enter the number of home runs over the fence (HROF) by a given player where applicable.
  7. When finished, click Submit.

How to Add Team News

By creating team news, you can communicate important information on your website. News will appear at the top of your team's home page, with the most recent news displayed first. Optionally, you may create an email bulletin by using the Broadcast feature during the edit or news creation process.

  1. On the Team Home page, to the right of the Welcome heading, click the green "+".
  2. Fill out the form as desired.
  3. If you would like to send an email bulletin to the team, select Broadcast Message.
  4. When finished, click Submit.

How to Delete Team News

  1. On the Team Home page, to the right of the News Item's heading, click the red "x" button.
  2. Edit the form as desired.
  3. When finished, click Submit.

How to Edit Team News

  1. On the Team Home page, to the right of the News Item's heading, click the yellow edit button.
  2. Edit the form as desired.
  3. If you would like to send an email bulletin to the team, select Broadcast Message.
  4. When finished, click Submit.

How to Upload Documents on the Team Pages

This tool allows you to upload documents which team members may download, view, and print from the team page. Typical documents include team policies, codes of conduct, permission slips, etc.

  1. Go to Admin > Tools.
  2. Click Document Manager.
  3. In the upper right corner of the screen, click + Add a Document.
  4. Fill out the form as desired.
  5. Upload the document from your computer.
  6. From the Make document available to drop-down, select Team's Documents Page.
  7. Select the Program and the Team.
  8. When finished, click Submit.

How to Edit a Team Document

  1. Log into your team page.
  2. On the left vertical menu, click Documents.
  3. To the right of the document name, click the yellow edit button.
  4. Make changes as desired.
  5. When finished, click Submit.

How to Delete a Team Document

  1. Log into your team page.
  2. On the left vertical menu, click Documents.
  3. To the right of the document name, click the red "X" button to delete.

How to Create a Photo Album

  1. Go to Admin > Tools.
  2. Click Picture Manager.
  3. From the drop-down, choose Create Album.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Create a Title, select the Season, and choose the Team.
  6. When finished, click Submit.

How to Add Team Pictures

  1. Go to Admin > Tools.
  2. Click Picture Manager.
  3. From the drop-down, choose Add Picture.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Choose the Season and Team.
  6. If desired, type in an URL to link to, add a watermark, and/or choose to make the original file available for download.
  7. Click Add Files.
  8. Choose the images you'd like to upload.
  9. When finished, click Upload Files.
  10. If desired, drag and drop the images into the album you'd like to add the image to.

How to Move Team Pictures

  1. Login to the team site.
  2. In the left vertical menu, click Pictures.
  3. Select the picture(s) you'd like to move.
  4. Using the drop-down menu on the top-right side of the screen, select how you'd like to move the image.
  5. When finished, click Go.

How to Delete Team Pictures

  1. Login to the team site.
  2. In the left vertical menu, click Pictures.
  3. Select the picture(s) you'd like to delete.
  4. Using the drop-down menu on the top-right side of the screen, select Delete Checked Pictures.
  5. To confirm you'd like to delete the images, click OK.
