Accident Claim Form

Coaches must report all significant incidents, especially where assistance is rendered. Turn the completed form in to the appropriate League Commissioner within 24 Hours of the incident.

ASAP Safety Plan

In 1995, ASAP (A Safety Awareness Program) was introduced with the goal of re-emphasizing the importance of safety and to create awareness, through education and information, of the opportunities to provide a safer environment for kids and all participants of Little League Baseball. This manual is offered as a tool to place important information at managers' and coaches' fingertips. So please read it!
